Absent WWE Superstar are now getting involved..

WWE has announced several matches for its return to Japan in October. The company will hold Supershow events in Tokyo on October 17 and 18.

The matches were advertised during the Japanese broadcast of WWE SmackDown on ABEMA. The cards feature a notable superstar returning to the ring.

Shinsuke Nakamura's First WWE Matches Since June

Shinsuke Nakamura is scheduled to make his in-ring return during the tour. He has not competed since the King of the Ring tournament in June.

On night one, October 17, Nakamura will team with Jey Uso to face Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. On night two, October 18, he will team with CM Punk and Jey Uso against The Vision (Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed).

Other matches for the October 17 show include Giulia defending the Women's United States Championship against IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley, and Seth Rollins defending the World Heavyweight Championship against CM Punk.

The October 18 card will also feature a singles match between Giulia and Kairi Sane, and a women's tag team match with IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley facing Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez.

While Nakamura is set for these non-televised live events, he is not currently scheduled for a match at the upcoming Crown Jewel premium live event in November. His status for WWE television upon his full-time return to the active roster remains unconfirmed. Here are the full cards:
