WWE RAW presented its April 6 episode from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The show featured some explosive in-ring action and appearances by top stars, including CM Punk and Seth Rollins. The night ended on a chaotic note as Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi brawled during their contract signing segment that was overseen by Triple H.

What happened in the opening segment of WWE RAW this week?

CM Punk opened the show, despite being advertised for later that night. The Best in the World spoke about Houston as a wrestling town and then addressed the events of his feud with Roman Reigns from the last few weeks. He even addressed The Usos siding with him and Reigns not being presented at RAW this week. Punk got out of the ring and onto the announcer's desk to hype the audience for WrestleMania 42.

Austin Theory vs. LA Knight

This was a singles match between LA Knight and Austin Theory, who had Logan Paul in his corner. The exciting match was fast-paced until the final moments, when Paul provided a distraction long enough for Theory to roll up Knight and grab the tights to secure the three count.

Finn Balor vs. JD McDonagh

The former mentor-protege duo of Finn Balor and JD McDonagh were set to collide in a singles bout. However, Dominik Mysterio attacked Balor before the bout started, and he and McDonagh together took him out, ending the match in a No Contest.

Bayley vs. Lash Legend

Both Bayley and Lash Legend were accompanied by their respective partners, Lyra Valkyria and Nia Jax. The match also saw the interference of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. In the end, Valkyria provided a small assist that allowed Bayley to pick up the win over Legend.

Penta, Je’Von Evans & Dragon Lee vs. El Grande, Rayo & Bravo Americano

This was a six-man tag team match between both sides. It was one of the most enthralling bouts of the night that saw high-flying and fast-moving action. The bout ended with Je’Vons Evans hitting the OG Cutter on Bravo Americano to pick up the win for his team.

Rhea Ripley & IYO Sky vs. Michin & B-Fab

The two sides collided in a tag team match with Jade Cargill at ringside. The match was a great addition to the card. It came to an end when IYO Sky rolled up B-Fab for the win. Following that, Michin and B-Fab held Rhea Ripley as she had to watch Cargill attack SKY with a kendo stick.

Triple H came out to watch over the WrestleMania 42 contract signing between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi. However, it ended with a huge brawl between both men at ringside as security tried to separate them to close the show.
